If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. 


If you are not satisfied with your product, please contact Customer Support for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request within 14 calendar days of the receipt of the product. The product must be returned to the our headquarters within 14 calendar days of the issuance of the RMA. Any accessories that shipped with the product are complementary gifts and must not be returned with the original packaging . If the item is returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it or offer you a refund based on your original method of payment excluding any shipping charges

How to request a refund 

Within 14 days of receipt of your product: 

1. Contact Customer Support to make arrangements for a return 

and receive a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number 

2. If you received a physical product, ship the unopened product to 

our headquarters at :

Shipping recommendations are standard shipping and handling. 

3. A refund* will be processed within 3-6 weeks of receipt of the product at our headquarters.
If product was ordered incorrectly we will not grant full refund but store credit will be issued instead.
